"BD holding" company is a well-known developer in the Kyiv region. One of its most relevant projects is the “Yevropeyka” residential complex, which is a modern system consisting of 4-6 story buildings arranged in blocks.
Objectives:
What did we implement?
1. Market and target audience analysis: We indicated the main interests and needs of the target audience looking for a smart apartment.
2. The creation of an advertising strategy: We developed an attractive advertising campaign which showed the benefits of smart apartments in “Yevropeyka”.
3. Advertising targeting: We focused on the target audience in Kyiv and Kyiv region, especially those who pursue an active interest in property.
4. Feedback and optimization: We monitored the users’ reaction to advertising and corrected our strategy in a timely manner to boost the campaign’s effectiveness, as well as handed potential leads over to the sales department on time.
